MEET LARISSA

Founder & Chief-Encouragement Officer:

Hi, I'm Larissa. Career-change cheerleader. Culture warrior. Self-appointed Chief Encouragement Officer. (It's not on my business cards, but it probably should be!)

I started GlassFrog because I genuinely believe that work shouldn't feel like something you survive. Thriving at work, in a career that actually fits you, inside a culture that actually means something, isn't a luxury. It's just... the point. It unlocks potential to grow, and I mean really grow.

Here's a bit of backstory, since you asked. (And even if you didn't — bear with us, it's a good one.)

I flew through a three-year law degree in under a year, became the first in my family to qualify as a lawyer, and climbed the corporate ladder at a pretty impressive pace — landing as Employment Counsel for a global telecoms giant, all before turning 29. On paper? Stellar. In reality? I was a fish in a very expensive suit, trying to climb a very tall tree. Great numbers and performance, even better promotions. My health and happiness, however, did not get the memo.

The polished, quietly determined lawyer the corporate world saw was only ever half the story. The other half was curious, creative, and absolutely bursting with possibility — she just needed a bit of room to breathe.

So, she went travelling. Got some perspective. Appeared on Masterchef UK (yes, really). Found some life-changing coaching. And slowly but surely, figured out what she actually loved: people, and what makes them tick. Supporting them, championing them, helping them grow, and celebrating what makes them wonderfully, uniquely them.

GlassFrog grew out of all of that — equal parts personal journey and commercial conviction. After years in law watching brilliant people get ground down by bad cultures and misaligned careers, it became pretty obvious that when people get to be the best version of themselves, everything gets better. The work, the results, the Monday mornings.

So that's us. But honestly? We're much more interested in you.

I now put my energy into proactively and positively adding value to your business in a different way - helping you build up the good, rather than fix the preventable.
